1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bikbaji ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the bikbaji website located at bikbaji.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support channels.

By completing the account registration process, clicking the confirmation checkbox, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bikbaji platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the bikbaji platform and close your account.

bikbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their bikbaji account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the bikbaji platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions supersedes all prior versions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bikbaji platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you access the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The bikbaji platform is strictly an adults-only service. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering accounts, placing bets, or engaging with any feature of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only. Use of the platform on behalf of a corporate entity, syndicate, or automated system is prohibited without prior written authorisation from bikbaji.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a player in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activity for residents.
• You have not previously had a bikbaji account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms and Conditions, and you have not been placed on a self-exclusion list maintained by bikbaji or any recognised responsible gaming body.
• You are registering and playing of your own free will. You are not using the platform to launder money, circumvent financial regulations, or conduct any other unlawful activity.

Age Verification Process

bikbaji employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All accounts are required to submit valid identity documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before withdrawal requests are processed. Where bikbaji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended and all funds held pending satisfactory verification. If verification cannot be completed within the specified period, the account will be permanently closed.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers on the bikbaji platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and contact details — is truthful and up to date.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bikbaji platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bikbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any accumulated balances pending investigation into potential fraud or bonus abuse.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bikbaji Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bikbaji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify the bikbaji support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC Documentation Requirements

bikbaji may request the following documents at any point during your account lifecycle, particularly prior to processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity:

Deposit Rules

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but begin at ৳100 for mobile wallet deposits via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are credited to your bikbaji account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bikbaji does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bikbaji bears no responsibility.

Deposits must be funded from a payment method that you personally own and that is registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts to fund a bikbaji account is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are available to all KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to bikbaji's anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC-verified accounts using bKash or Nagad can expect withdrawal processing within an average of 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank are typically completed within 1–3 hours. Refused & Reversed Transactions

bikbaji reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or a violation of applicable payment provider rules. In such cases, the affected player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

bikbaji offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before requesting a withdrawal of associated winnings. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Bonus Abuse & Prohibited Behaviour

bikbaji actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and, at bikbaji's discretion, permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Using automated betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms through linked play.
• Providing false personal information to qualify for a promotion intended for a specific player segment.

Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated free bets not used within the stated validity window will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonus amounts are not reinstated. Players are encouraged to review the terms of each promotion carefully at the time of claiming.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bikbaji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. These rules exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the fairness of games, and the experience of all players.

Obligations

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and update it promptly when circumstances change.
• Use the platform exclusively for lawful, personal recreational purposes.

• Notify bikbaji immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• Engage with bikbaji support staff and other players in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bikbaji platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with associated funds subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the bikbaji platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bikbaji platform — including but not limited to the bikbaji brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, animations, text, data feeds, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bikbaji or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bikbaji platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the bikbaji platform without express written permission.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bikbaji content or game software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notice displayed on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the bikbaji website on any other website or digital service.

Any unauthorised use of bikbaji intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by bikbaji and its licensors.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bikbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A request from a regulatory authority, payment provider, or law enforcement body.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts held by the same individual.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the player through the responsible gaming tools.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bikbaji account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at support@bikbaji.net. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — your licence to access the bikbaji platform is immediately revoked. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game or sporting event outcome, after which winnings will be paid or forfeited as appropriate under these terms. Following closure, bikbaji will retain your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
